The questions below cover what people run into most often. If your answer is not here, write to us at info@oneproiptv.com
Does the app include channels or a subscription?
No. OnePro IPTV Player is only a player; it contains no channels, movies, series or ready-made source lists. To watch anything you add your own Xtream Codes details or M3U playlist. We sell no subscriptions and recommend no providers.
How do I add my source?
For Xtream Codes you need the server address, username and password your provider gave you. For M3U you can paste the link, or import a file on iPhone and iPad.
A source is not saved until the connection has been verified, so a short check after you enter the details is normal.
A stream will not open, or there is sound but no picture
This is usually about the video codec. The built-in player is limited to the formats Apple supports, while providers' movie and series libraries often use different codecs.
Use “Open with VLC” from the menu on the player screen. If it happens often, you can make VLC the default player in Settings.
For movies and series, the app notices a missing picture within a few seconds and offers to switch to VLC directly.
The programme guide (EPG) is empty
Edit your source and add the XMLTV link. On Xtream accounts a short guide is fetched automatically when the provider supports it.
For the guide to appear, channel identifiers must match those in the guide file. Compressed .gz guide files are not supported in this version, and times are expected in the standard format that includes the UTC offset.
How do I navigate on Apple TV?
Use the directional pad to move around and the Menu button to go back one screen. Inside the player, the channel and episode list, favourites and the switch to VLC live in the menu on the transport bar.
Adding a source uses the Apple TV system keyboard. There is no local file picker on TV, so M3U playlists must be added as a link there.
I forgot my parental PIN
The PIN is kept in the device's secure storage and cannot be reset by email. The only way out is to delete and reinstall the app, which also removes your sources, favourites and history.
How do I delete my data?
You can clear the cache and watch history in Settings, and remove a source on the Sources screen. Removing a source also deletes its credentials, favourites and history.
To remove everything, simply delete the app from your device. We hold no copy of any of it.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later, and Apple TV on tvOS 17 or later. An Android version is in preparation.
I want to report a bug
Telling us your device, OS version, app version and the steps that reproduce the problem helps us far more than anything else. You never need to send us your password or your source link: info@oneproiptv.com
